The Culminar Republic is a republic of shipwrights, centred on Culminar's Forge. Players cannot enlist with it; its patrols, convoys and mining operations are met in the Breach.

The Culminar Republic is at war with the Serat Republic, attacks Outlaws on sight and has a feud with the Clementines. See relations.
In the world
Culminar's Forge is a major settlement of Thermoconductor, the stratum beneath Land in Mainframe, built around industrial flows that long predate it.
